"Picking Up Santa" ~Scraps Of Darkness"

Hi Everyone, This evening I'm sharing another Design Team project for Scraps Of Darkness using the beautiful December kit "Northern Lights".  For this layout I used the beautiful Bo Bunny papers along with the Moxxie papers from the kit.  I randomly sprinkled some of the Fran's Encrusted jewels (A Spoonful Of Sugar) around the page that sparkle and looks just like snow on the page!  I used one of the Blue Fern chipboard pieces from the kit for the title which I sprayed with the Lindy's Stamp Gang "Jassy Purple"  mist from the color add-on kit.  This is a photo of my Grandson Ethan last year when we took a ride on the "Polar Express" train to pick up Santa in the woods outside of town, they had so much fun!

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you enjoy and are inspired to get one of these awesome kits and create some wonderful Christmas memories for your family!

"Oh Christmas Tree"

Good Morning, Today I'm sharing another Design Team Project for Scraps Of Darkness using the beautiful December Kit "Northern Lights".  I used the Bo Bunny "Altitude" paperline from the kit along with more of the "Spoon Full Of Sugar" Jewel Encrusted Embossing Flakes and stickers from the Bo Bunny collection.  I used some Tim Holtz Die Cuts and used the snowflake die cut around the photo and encrusted them with the Spoon Full Of Sugar.  I also used a stencil with some molding paste for the background.  I had to use the Blue Fern Christmas tree chipboard for this cute photo of my niece's kids around their tree!  Sorry for the lighting in the photo...foggy and cold days here in the Redwoods!

"Christmas Princess"

Happy New Years Friends!  Today I'm sharing a Design Team project using the gorgeous December Kit "Northern Lights" from Scraps Of Darkness.  For this project I used the "Mix The Media" galvanized 12 x 12 piece. I used the amazing Bo Bunny "Altitude" paperline.

I did a lot of layers and then used some molding paste to create some snowflakes with the Stamp Your Story stencil from the kit.  I also sprinkled a bunch of the "Spoonful Of Sugar" Encrusted Jewels around the flakes.  I then used the American Crafts "Pop" Microbeads and bling to surround the photo.  I sprayed some cheesecloth with the "Jassy Jirin' Purple" by Lindy's Stamp Gang for the color kit to surround the flower cluster.  All the flowers are from the kit.  I also used the spray for the chipboard snowflakes from Blue Fern Studios included in the kit.
