I have two Design Team projects using the beautiful Imaginarium Designs chipboard to share with you today. A mini-album and a layout.
For the Mini Album I used Graphic 45's "Kraft Reflections Collection" of papers for the ID Mini Album (Book 3 sheets). I also used the Hot Air Ballons, Eiffel Tower, and the Swirl Corners which I altered by first gessoing them. After they dried I applied some embossing glue and covered with some Shimmerz Paints Enamelz (Molten Metal) and Lindy's Stamp Gang's Twilight Blue Slate. After that dried I applied some Tim Holtz Soot Black randomly.
For the cover I used some pretty brown fabric ribbon that I had in my stash. I also pop dotted the fussy cut flowers for some depth.
This page is a pocket for tags that can hold up to 6 tags. I learned this method from Michelle at ThePaperAddiction on YouTube, so fun!!
This last page shows a couple of the tags.
For my second Design Team project I did a layout using some papers from my stash from My Mind's Eye "29th Street Market". I used the beautiful new Monarch Butterflies from Imaginarium Designs and cut the large one in half to border the photo. To alter the chipboard I first gessoed them and then inked them on the bottom with some ColorBox Rose Pink, and inked with some ColorBox Silver on the top. After that dried I appled some ColorBox Mix'd Media Jasmin on the top and inked the edges with some Tim Holtz Soot Black.
Thanks so much for stopping by and taking a peek. Don't forget to go to the Imaginarium Designs Blog at http://imaginariumdesigns.blogspot.com and leave a comment to be entered to win some awesome chipboard!!!
I came straight from sb.com to see more of your mini - so glad I did! It's brilliant; love G45 & love this collection for the monochromatic palette. Your additions are perfect, great chipboard, great album! I WISH I could achieve something like this. TFS. Caroline (cardgirl @ sb.com) :)))
