Here's a couple of close-ups of the altered frame above.  I used 2 applications of some crackle paint and let that dry, then inked in areas with some Tim Holtz Distress Inks.  The rest was just some fussy cutting with the Graphic 45 Oz collection.  This was a fun project!!
